Terms & Conditions – 77td Platform

By accessing, browsing, registering an account on, or otherwise using the 77td platform ("Platform") operated at 77td.net, you ("User", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, including any documents incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the 77td Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the 77td Platform. 77td reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Use of the 77td Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online betting and casino gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party;
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended from the 77td Platform or from any platform operated by 77td's licensed partners.

By registering a 77td account, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. 77td reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and age at any time and to suspend accounts pending satisfactory verification.

To access betting and casino services on 77td, you must register a single account. The following conditions apply to all 77td accounts:

• One account per person. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. 77td reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and confiscate associated balances without prior notice.
• Accurate information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any additional identification 77td requires for KYC (Know Your Customer) compliance.

All financial transactions on the 77td Platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits may be made via approved payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other methods listed in the 77td account cashier at the time of transaction. Available methods are subject to change without notice.
• 77td does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges. Users are responsible for verifying any applicable third-party fees.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the User's legal name. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• All withdrawals require completion of KYC identity verification. 77td reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory documentation review.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in the 77td account cashier. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
• 77td reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for any deposit or withdrawal where it deems this necessary for compliance purposes.

Winnings derived from bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotional terms. Free play or bonus balances may carry restrictions on withdrawal until wagering conditions are fulfilled.

The following general rules apply to all bets placed on the 77td sportsbook, including cricket betting, golf, and all other sports markets:

• All bets are accepted at 77td's absolute discretion. 77td reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without obligation to provide a reason.

• For cricket markets — including PSL, Pakistan internationals, ICC tournaments, and other leagues covered on 77td — specific market rules (including abandonment and rain interruption policies) are published in the 77td sportsbook help section and form part of these Terms.
• Maximum winnings per event, per market, or per day may be subject to limits set at 77td's discretion. These limits are posted in the relevant market at the time of betting.

All casino games available on the 77td Platform — including live dealer games, RNG table games, slot games, jackpot titles, and game shows — are operated by licensed third-party studios and software providers. The following conditions apply:

• All RNG-based games on 77td use certified random number generation software that has been independently tested and verified by accredited third-party testing laboratories.
• Live dealer games are streamed from certified studios operating under applicable gaming licences. 77td does not control dealer operations but only facilitates access to these games through its Platform.
• Return to Player (RTP) figures for slot games on 77td represent long-term statistical averages across all play, not guaranteed per-session returns. Individual session results will vary.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino game session, 77td will investigate the incident. Wagers placed during a confirmed malfunction may be voided and stakes returned. No additional compensation will be provided.

• Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, traded, or assigned to another person or account.
• 77td reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, including after the promotion has commenced.
• Where a bonus carries a wagering requirement, the full wagering requirement must be met before any associated winnings can be withdrawn from your 77td account.
• Attempts to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, using VPN services to misrepresent location, or placing opposing bets across accounts to guarantee profit — will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated balances.

77td is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across all sections of its Platform. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered 77td account holders:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits from their account settings panel. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased without a mandatory review period.
• Loss limits: Users may configure maximum loss thresholds per day, week, or month. Once a limit is reached, further play in the relevant period is suspended.
• Session time reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts to be notified when they have been active on 77td for a specified period.
• Self-exclusion: Users who wish to stop gambling may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from their account settings or by contacting 77td support. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and access to the Platform will be blocked for the duration selected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77td Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes;
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age;
• Attempting to launder funds or using the Platform to process the proceeds of criminal activity;
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any software to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users;
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities in any way. Any exploited gains must be returned and the account will be subject to suspension;
• Colluding with other users to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using VPN, proxy, or anonymising software to misrepresent your geographic location or to bypass eligibility restrictions;
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, corruption, or insider information-based betting.

All content on the 77td Platform — including but not limited to the 77td brand name, logos, design elements, software, text, images, audio, video, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of 77td or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. No content from the 77td Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or otherwise exploited without the express prior written consent of 77td.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77td and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform;
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform due to technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond 77td's reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information or materials published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages, 77td's liability will be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

Your use of the 77td Platform is also governed by the 77td Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how 77td collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Continued use of the 77td Platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with the account closure procedure.
